HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days approximately (Mon-Fri), orders placed after noon may take an extra day's delivery. Please note, during busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take between 5-7 days, however we do aim to get your purchase out sooner.

We deliver to Mainland UK, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

There is a delivery charge of £4.95 to Mainland UK and £9.99 to Europe on all full priced orders below £150. Any full priced order above £150 will be shipped free of charge.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have despatched your order. On this confirmation, we will include a DHL tracking code, which you can enter into http://www.dhl.co.uk to monitor its progress. If for some reason your despatch confirmation does not include a tracking code please call our customer services on 02074866884 with your order number and they will update you on the status of your order.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by our shipping or returns policy.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed between Thursday 1st December 2016 and Monday 19th December 2016 can be returned up until Monday 9th January 2017. All returns are subject to our Standard Returns Policy.

RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

RETURNS BY POST

If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

If we have sent you an incorrect item or your order's contents are delivered damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive your order. However, in all other circumstances, delivery charges will not be refunded.
