DELIVERY DUTY AND TAXES
UK and EU Orders
All orders placed for delivery to the UK or EU are charged inclusive of duty and tax at checkout, there are no additional charges payable on delivery.
Non UK and EU Orders
Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK and the EU may have local delivery duty and VAT applied on delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We have no control over customs charges or delivery delays due to customs handling and cannot supply any details regarding this.
EXTENDED SEASONAL RETURNS
Any product purchased after the 15th November 2021 can be returned for refund before the 31st of January 2022
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days approximately (Mon-Fri), orders placed after noon may take an extra days delivery. Please note, during busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take between 10-12 days, however we do aim to get your purchase out sooner.
Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery, therefore the courier is not authorised to leave your order in a safe place.

Delivery is £6.99 to Mainland UK and £12.99 to the EU.

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt.
In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.
If you have received a faulty item, before returning your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please be advised that we do not have any control over the timing of the refunded funds reaching your bank account. While it usually happens much sooner, it can take up to 14 working days for the transaction to be processed by the card issuer and bank.
RETURNS BY POST
If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Please be aware that all returns must be received by courier or post, and we cannot accept returns in person at our return address for security reasons.

If we have sent you an incorrect item or your order's contents are delivered damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive your order. However, in all other circumstances, delivery charges will not be refunded.
